A1fx=STOCK.COPILOT("inventory")

Reorder decisions,
drafted before
you open Excel.

Stock Copilot runs as an Excel add-in inside the spreadsheet you already use. It reads your sheets live, calculates demand velocity, generates a full analytics workbook — and never moves your data.

B3fx=FEATURES(workbook)

Six things it does, and nothing it doesn't.

We built Stock Copilot to be the thing you forget is running. It reads, reasons, and writes back — then steps out of the way.

B
C
A1

Column-aware schema detection

Paste any sheet layout. Stock Copilot resolves which columns are SKU, stock, supplier, price — without any configuration step.

B1

Honest demand velocity

Calculates per-SKU weekly velocity from customer sales when available, falling back to purchase history transparently.

C1

Credits that don't drip

Three layers of caching — header hash, data hash, delta diff — mean unchanged workbooks cost zero credits per run.

A2

Supplier emails, grouped

One plain-text reorder email per supplier, written in under 100 words, ready to send from your own mail client.

B2

A dashboard sheet, not an app

Results land inside the workbook — colour-coded urgency, click-to-send buttons, sortable rows. Your data never leaves Excel.

C2

Per-customer API keys

Each subscription mints its own key, bound to your workbook seats. Sharing a key across accounts gets blocked at the seat limit.

A4fx=INSTALL(workbook)

Three steps.
Thirty seconds.

A1fx=COPY("manifest")

Copy your manifest URL

One URL from your dashboard — a permanent pointer to the Stock Copilot add-in.

B1fx=SIDELOAD("excel")

Sideload into Excel

Insert → Get Add-ins → Upload My Add-in → paste the URL. Takes about thirty seconds.

C1fx=GENERATE.ANALYTICS()

Open the task pane

Live reorder suggestions, supplier drafts, and a full analytics workbook — generated on demand.

A5fx=PRICING(plan)

Pay for what the AI does,
not what it skips.

Every plan has a monthly credit budget. Runs on unchanged data cost zero. When data changes, we send only the delta — so a typical workbook consumes far fewer credits than its SKU count would suggest.

A6fx=FAQ(anticipated)

Anticipated, and answered.

A1Is my spreadsheet data sent anywhere?

Only header samples (for schema detection) and aggregated low-stock rows (for reorder drafting) are sent to the AI. The full sheet is processed in-memory server-side; nothing is stored beyond the cached analysis result, which is keyed to your workbook.

A2What counts as a credit?

One credit is one AI call — schema detection, an analysis, or an analytics workbook generation. Cache hits (unchanged headers or data) cost zero. When data changes, only the changed SKUs are sent to the model, so credits last longer than raw SKU counts would suggest.

A3Can I share my key across workbooks?

Up to your plan's seat limit. Starter binds to one workbook, Pro to three, Team to ten. Additional workbooks are rejected with a 409 until you release a seat from the Settings page.

A4What happens if I run out of credits?

The add-in task pane surfaces a friendly upgrade prompt. Upgrade at any time — the new credit balance activates immediately and the old seat bindings persist.

A5Does it support Google Sheets?

Not yet. Stock Copilot is an Office Add-in for Excel web and desktop. A Sheets version is planned for later this year.
